Smith Anderson client Vogenx Inc., a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the discovery and development of novel therapeutics for the treatment of serious diseases associated with dysfunctions in human metabolism, recently completed its initial public offering and began trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbol “VOGX.”

Vogenx sold an aggregate of 7,187,500 million shares of common stock at a public offering price of $13 per share in the initial public offering, including 937,500 shares sold pursuant to the full exercise by the underwriter of its over-allotment option.
