Overview
Meredith Whatley is a skilled paralegal with several years of experience supporting attorneys across the lifecycle of complex transactions, specifically in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and real estate financing transactions.
In this role, Meredith assists with transaction coordination, due diligence, legal research and regulatory filings, as well as corporate governance and records management, Corporate Transparency Act filings, transaction closing support and multi-jurisdictional compliance, helping ensure matters move forward efficiently and in compliance with applicable requirements.
Outside of the office, Meredith spends as much time as possible emersed in creative storytelling with her friends, reading fantastical novels, sharing food with her loved ones, practicing yoga, and spoiling her and her partner’s dog.
