Smith Anderson’s Litigation Group and 13 Lawyers Honored by Benchmark Litigation

Benchmark Litigation, “the definitive guide to America’s leading litigation firms and attorneys,” recognized Smith Anderson and 13 of its lawyers in the 2019 edition, which included for the first time a chapter on employment litigation.

In the inaugural Benchmark Litigation Labor & Employment rankings, Smith Anderson’s Employment Litigation practice group received a “Recommended” rating for North Carolina, the highest possibly rating in this category. In addition, Employment Litigation group co-leads Kerry Shad and Zeb Anderson were named to the “Labor & Employment Star – South” list. 

In the general rankings, Smith Anderson’s Litigation practice once again received a “Highly Recommended” rating for North Carolina, the highest possible rating. The publication also recognized 10 of our lawyers as either North Carolina State “Litigation Stars” or “Future Stars.” In addition, one of our lawyers was named to the publication’s 40 & Under Hot List.
