Benchmark Litigation Honors Smith Anderson’s Litigation and Employment Litigation Groups and 12 Lawyers

Benchmark Litigation, “the definitive guide to America’s leading litigation firms and attorneys,” recognized Smith Anderson and 12 of its lawyers in the 2020 edition. The publication continued to include independent Labor & Employment rankings this year.

In the general rankings, Smith Anderson’s Litigation practice once again received a “Highly Recommended” rating for North Carolina, the highest possible rating. The publication also recognized nine of our lawyers as North Carolina State “Litigation Stars.”

In the Benchmark Litigation Labor & Employment rankings, Smith Anderson’s Employment Litigation practice group received a “Recommended” rating for North Carolina. Employment Litigation group co-leads Kerry Shad and Zeb Anderson were named to the “Labor & Employment Star” list, along with Isaac Linnartz, who was previously listed in the “40 & Under Hot List.”
