Overview

Curt Brewer is a partner at Smith Anderson and focuses his practice on private equity, mezzanine debt and other financing transactions, fund formation, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. As  co-leader of Private Equity and Mezzanine Finance practice groups, Curt has significant experience representing investors, lenders and companies in private equity and mezzanine debt financings, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, and counseling clients on corporate and related deal matters. Curt also has experience in the formation of private equity, mezzanine debt and real estate investment funds, as well as joint ventures, strategic alliances and other complex commercial transactions.
