Raleigh, N.C. – On September 24, 2014, Smith Anderson attorneys Alicia Gilleskie, Jackson Moore and Christopher Smith, along with Ryan Johnson, Director with Alvarez and Marsal’s Global Forensic and Dispute Services practice, partnered with Vaco Raleigh, LLC, an executive placement and consulting firm, to present a CPE panel discussion titled, “It’s 2014: You Will Be Hacked.” The event welcomed Research Triangle area executives at the Paragon Commercial Bank building in Raleigh, N.C. for a discussion of best practices for preparing and responding to data breach scenarios, including:
