Smith Anderson Hosts International Lawyers from Duke University

RALEIGH, N.C. – On August 2, 2012, Smith Anderson hosted students and faculty members from Duke University School of Law’s Summer Institute for Law, Language, & Culture (SILLC). The event included a panel of Smith Anderson attorneys who are Duke alumni, including Jackson Moore, Toby Coleman, Susan Hargrove, and Anne Croteau. Duke Law’s SILLC is a preparatory course for foreign students and scholars adapting to United States law school. SILLC is a four-week intensive course that will introduce students to legal English, the United States legal system, and the law school experience.
