Jackson Moore Speaks on Government Contracting to the Fort Bragg Post of the Society of American Military Engineers

Raleigh, N.C. – On November 21, 2013, Jackson Moore, a partner at Smith Anderson, served as a panelist at the 2013 Scholarship Small Business Workshop hosted by the Fort Bragg Post of the Society of American Military Engineer’s (SAME). As part of the panel discussion, Jackson provided an update on teaming agreements and subcontracting in federal contracting, the implications of the recent Cyberlock decision from the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia; and guidelines for drafting an effective teaming agreement.

Jackson participated on the panel with representatives of the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC), United States Small Business Association, and the North Carolina Military Business Center (NCMBC).
