Jackson Moore Offers Guidance on Government Contracting Compliance to Members of the NC Veteran’s Business Association

Raleigh, N.C. – On July 24, 2013, Smith Anderson partner Jackson Moore presented to members of the North Carolina Veteran’s Business Association (NC VetBiz) at their 2013 Procurement Summit in Fayetteville, N.C. on regulations recently adopted by the Small Business Administration as part of the Small Business Jobs Act of 2010. In addition, Jackson addressed recent developments regarding teaming agreements and their enforceability.
