Overview
Steven Stenquist is a member of Smith Anderson’s Business Litigation team, assisting with complex business disputes.
Before joining the firm, Steve gained firsthand insight into the resolution of complex commercial disputes, legal analysis, and judicial decision-making, serving as a judicial clerk to Chief Judge Michael L. Robinson of the North Carolina Business Court, where he drafted judicial orders and opinions, coordinated case logistics, and contributed to chambers discussions involving ongoing matters. He also served as an Extern to Justice Patrick Fischer of the Supreme Court of Ohio.
Outside the office, Steve enjoys reading, running, and spending time with his wife and two young daughters.
