Overview
Samantha Smith helps clients navigate complex business and corporate matters, providing thoughtful, solutions-focused guidance throughout all phases of transactional work. Her work includes mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and compliance matters, drawing on her experience gained at national law firms and a secondment with a global corporation, where she counseled internal teams on consumer compliance and data issues.
Outside the office, Sam enjoys rock climbing, hiking, and collecting paintings and art. A passionate traveler, she has explored 12 countries, completed a coast-to-coast U.S. road trip and recently embarked on her first solo international journey. Fun fact: Sam was an elite dancer performing nationally with the Tremaine National Performance Company and pursued a career as a professional dancer.
