Overview
Morgan Sheets supports the Real Estate Development practice group at Smith Anderson as a paralegal, providing day-to-day assistance to attorneys on a variety of transactional and project-related matters. In her role, she assists with preparing and negotiating commercial leases and related agreements, managing acquisitions, dispositions and financings of real estate projects, and supporting the successful completion of complex real estate matters.
Morgan brings a strong legal foundation, having earned her J.D. and previously practiced as an associate in Washington, D.C. She also served as a student clerk for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Drawing on this background, she helps ensure accuracy, efficiency and compliance for a practice team of more than 30 attorneys.
Outside the office, Morgan keeps busy spending time outdoors with her four energetic sons, playing tennis, sampling local restaurants and sharing her love of American Mahjong by both playing and teaching the game.
