Andrea M. Blosser

Andrea Blosser is a paralegal in Smith Anderson’s Business Litigation practice group with an emphasis in business disputes, class actions, appellate practice, and construction litigation, providing support in complex legal matters. With a strong background in litigation, she has extensive experience conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, managing e-discovery, and preparing materials for mediations, depositions, hearings, and trials.

Dedicated to professional excellence and service, Andrea is a recipient of the North Carolina Bar Association Outstanding Paralegal Pro Bono Service Award and a member of the North Carolina Pro Bono Honor Society, and serves as the Chair for the North Carolina Bar Association’s Paralegal Division. She also serves on the Board of Directors and the Board of Governors for the North Carolina Bar Association. She has also been actively involved with a nonprofit organization focused on youth mental health education and awareness for over a decade.

Andrea’s detail-oriented approach and commitment to supporting clients and attorneys make her a valuable asset to Smith Anderson’s litigation team.
