Overview
Amanda Ball is a paralegal in Smith Anderson’s Real Estate Development practice group, where she assists with matters involving land use, zoning, and development projects. She supports the team in preparing and organizing materials, coordinating filings, drafting pleadings and discovery, and managing documentation. Amanda’s work helps ensure projects move smoothly through planning and compliance stages, contributing to the successful execution of complex real estate initiatives.
Outside of work, Amanda enjoys cheering on the Carolina Hurricanes, golfing, cooking, watching movies, and spending time with her two children.
