Overview

Alena Carr focuses her practice on Workplace Law, advising organizations on a range of employment matters. She helps employers navigate compliance issues, conduct internal investigations, and draft employment agreements.

Before joining Smith Anderson, Alena completed two summer fellowships with the Office of the General Counsel at a large nonprofit health system. In that role, she researched healthcare litigation, compliance, and regulatory matters; drafted legal memoranda; and gained insight into healthcare transactions and in-house legal operations.

In her spare time, Alena enjoys attending live concerts and cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles.
