Overview
Will Henderson is a member of Smith Anderson’s Corporate & Transactional and Private Client groups. He assists clients on a range of tax and business law matters, focusing his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and financing transactions.
Before attending law school, Will worked as a tax associate with two national accounting firms and is also a licensed North Carolina Certified Public Accountant (CPA). His background in accounting and tax gives him a valuable perspective on the financial and business considerations involved in corporate transactions.
Outside of work, Will is a talented musician who enjoys playing the guitar, bass guitar, piano, and drums. Will is also a supporter of the Carolina Hurricanes and his alma mater, NC State.
