For the second consecutive year, Business North Carolina magazine has named Smith Anderson as one of the state’s top employers. The Best Employers in North Carolina is a survey and awards program dedicated to identifying and recognizing the area’s best employers and providing organizations with valuable employee feedback.

Market research company DataJoe conducted the comprehensive survey of both employers and employees across various key workplace categories, including organizational health, leadership, employee engagement, work-life balance, compensation, training, benefits and corporate social responsibility.

The BNC honor comes after Triangle Business Journal has named Smith Anderson one of the Triangle’s Best Places to Work for the past five consecutive years.
