The BTI Client Service A-Team 2025: Survey of Law Firm Client Service Performance is the only ranking that captures law firm performance entirely through the eyes of clients who hire them. More than 200 law firms were evaluated on the practices that clients value most, consider essential and use to guide hiring and rate decisions, underscoring Smith Anderson’s reputation for cultivating strong, trust-based client relationships.
The analysis is based on 17 objective ranking factors, all of which corporate counsel agree are most influential in driving hiring decisions and building the strongest relationships with law firms.
