Business North Carolina Magazine Names Smith Anderson One of the State’s Best Employers
Business North Carolina (BNC) magazine has selected Smith Anderson, the largest business and litigation law firm headquartered in the Research Triangle region, as one of North Carolina’s Best Employers.
The program recognizes the state’s best places to work with the awards program for North Carolina companies that are taking steps to build positive, enduring cultures.
"Attracting and retaining employees has never been more challenging, prompting companies to make unusual efforts to build strong workforces," BNC says. “Business North Carolina’s annual list of Best Employers highlights companies that rank highly in their efforts to motivate teammates and draw strong employees.”
BNC partnered with the DataJoe market research company to create and implement a survey that polled employers and their employees. The survey covered essential workplace topics, including organizational health, leadership, engagement, work-life balance, pay, training and benefits.

The BNC honor comes after Triangle Business Journal has named Smith Anderson, a full-service business and litigation law firm serving regional, national and global companies, one of the Triangle’s Best Places to Work for the past three consecutive years.
