Wayne K. Maiorano is co-speaker at the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys

On Friday, June 11, Wayne K. Maiorano was a co-speaker at the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys at its annual meeting in Hilton Head, S.C. He spoke on the topic of indemnity and contribution claims in construction disputes. His presentation was entitled, “Indemnification and Contribution: The Kaleel Case.” As well, Mr. Maiorano was recently appointed to a second term as the co-chair person for the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys' Construction Law Committee.
