Mitch Armbruster Serves as Panelist at the 9th Annual State and Local Procurement Symposium

Raleigh, N.C. – On April 25, 2014, during the 9th Annual State and Local Procurement Symposium, Smith Anderson Partner Mitch Armbruster spoke on a panel addressing public record requests. The event was held at the Grove Park Inn in Asheville, N.C., and hosted by the American Bar Association (ABA) Section of State and Local Government Law. The panel led an in-depth discussion of state freedom of information laws from the perspectives of government, contractors and their counsel.
