Kim Korando Presents Latest Federal Labor Initiatives at North Carolina Chamber HR Conference

RALEIGH, N.C. – Smith Anderson Partner, Kim Korando, presented an overview of the latest regulatory workplace initiatives to the North Carolina Chamber HR Conference in Charlotte, North Carolina. Among the issues she discussed were the National Labor Relations Board’s (NLRB) assertion of jurisdiction over employer social media policies and continued regulatory efforts to aid union organizing efforts.
