Kim Korando Presents ADAA Workshop at UNC School of Government

RALEIGH, N.C. – Smith Anderson Partner, Kim Korando, presented at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Government’s Deaf and the Hard of Hearing (DHH) Conference on ADAA: Retooling Your Practices for Compliance. She presented practical compliance strategies for managing risk of regarded as liability, the recently announced primary enforcement tool under the Americans with Disabilities Act. The UNC School of Government is the premier institute for state, county, and local human resource professionals.
