Gerald Roach Elected Vice Chair of Wake Forest University Board of Trustees

Raleigh, N.C. – Smith Anderson Partner Gerald Roach has been elected a vice chair of the Board of Trustees at Wake Forest University. Roach was first elected a member of the Wake Forest University Board of Trustees in 2010 and began his term as vice chair on July 1. He earned both his undergraduate degree and J.D. from Wake Forest University.

As leader of the Corporate Team at Smith Anderson, Roach’s practice focuses on capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and advising boards and special committees. He regularly represents public and private growth companies and private equity firms with their general corporate needs and domestic and international transactions.
