Bo Bobbitt Presents on Physician Compensation and Fair Market Value Issues at Consecutive Conferences for Physicians and Hospitals

, recently joined nationally renowned health care industry consultant Greg Anderson to present at both the Physicians and Physician Organizations Law Institute and Hospitals and Health Systems Law Institute. Their presentation, Physician Compensation and Fair Market Value in a Pay for Performance Environment provided attendees at both Institutes with practical information about the pay for performance trends. Specific topics discussed during the interactive sessions included pay for performance and gainsharing arrangements; determining fair market value of remuneration in pay for performance; and practical aspects of outcomes measurement and payment arrangements.

Mr. Bobbitt leads Smith Anderson’s Regulatory team. For over 30 years, he has focused his practice on providing business advice to physicians and health care organizations.
