Anne Croteau Advises Duke Law Students at the 11th Annual ESQ Career Symposium
RALEIGH, N.C. – Smith Anderson partner and Duke University alumna Anne E. Croteau spoke as a panelist at Duke Law’s Eleventh Annual ESQ Career Symposium on February 1- 2, 2013. The event was hosted by the Business Law Society, in conjunction with the Career and Professional Development Center and the Alumni and Development Office. More than 40 senior alumni comprised the panel to share their personal experiences, offer honest advice, and talk with students one-on-one about a career in law.
About Anne E. Croteau
Anne has significant experience representing investors, lenders and companies in private equity and mezzanine financings, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. She regularly advises on intercreditor relationships, capital structures and complex restructurings. Anne also has experience in securities offerings (public and private), as well as joint ventures, strategic alliances and other complex commercial transactions. She counsels companies on a variety of general corporate matters, ranging from board and shareholder matters to various contractual and operating concerns.
