Alan Parry Participates in Panel Presentation to the National Association of Corporate Directors

Raleigh, NC (June 1, 2010) - Alan Parry, a partner in Smith Anderson’s Insurance and Contract Disputes and Commercial Litigation practice areas, participated in a panel presentation to the Research Triangle Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD). The panel presentation took place on Thursday, May 20, 2010.

The presentation, entitled "The Top Ten Things Directors Need to Know About Liability Exposures and Directors & Officers (D&O) Insurance," included discussion of topics such as trends in D&O insurance, key areas of corporate risk, strategies to avoid personal liability as a director, and what directors need to know about D&O insurance coverage and gaps.
