Addie Ries Appointed to Board of Directors for Children’s Flight of Hope

Raleigh, N.C. – Smith Anderson attorney Addie Ries was appointed to join the Board of Directors for the Children’s Flight of Hope, a nonprofit organization providing free air transportation to and from medical facilities for seriously ill or injured children who cannot travel to their destinations by any other method due to medical, financial or logistical reasons.

Children’s Flight of Hope provides free air transportation to and from medical facilities for seriously ill or injured children. While treatments may be readily available, the families served lack transportation to and from medical facilities, which can be located far from their homes.
