2025 has been one of the most challenging years for federal contractors in recent decades. During the first 10 months of the Trump administration, new Executive Orders have been issued, compliance reviews halted, regulatory changes proposed, and the OFCCP significantly downsized. 

We will review 2025 Executive Orders (EO), including EO 14173 which revoked EO 11246 and ordered federal contractors to cease operations of Affirmative Action programs for Women and Minorities and imposed significant certification requirements for contractors. In addition, we will cover proposed regulatory changes, OFCCP activity for the year,  questions about its long-term existence, and other significant topics.
