PART II: Data Collection and Analysis, Hiring Benchmarks and Utilization Goals

Part II of this two-part webinar will cover the more technical data requirements imposed by the final rules, including the content and timing of invitations to self-identify disabilities and veteran status, the new vets hiring benchmark and disabilities utilization goal, data collection and the annual assessments. Practical compliance tips, issues to watch and risk management best practices will also be covered. This session is designed for individuals who have a general understanding on the basics of the new rules.
