Overview

Grace Gregson joined Smith Anderson in 2019 and her practice primarily focuses on advising clients involved in complex business and commercial litigation. Grace has experience advising clients on the law with respect to limited liability companies, partnerships, and corporations, for a wide range of legal issues. She also has experience with a variety of administrative agency disputes, public records disputes and healthcare regulatory matters.

After law school, Grace clerked for the Honorable Gregory P. McGuire, Special Superior Court Judge for the North Carolina Business Court.

Grace is committed to diversity and inclusion initiatives within the legal field and beyond. She co-chairs Smith Anderson's Women’s Affinity Group (“SWAG”), and is a member of Smith Anderson’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee.
