Overview

Cheryl Bona joined the firm in 1996 after working at one of the largest law firms in Arizona. Cheryl works with attorneys in the areas of products liability, insurance defense and environmental litigation. She received her North Carolina Certified Paralegal designation from the North Carolina State Bar in 2005.

Cheryl has more than 19 years of general litigation experience, where she assists the attorneys in every stage of the case from pre-suit investigation to appeal. She has worked on matters in all federal courts in North Carolina, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals and the North Carolina court system including the Business Court and appellate courts. Cheryl also serves as backup for Tom Sobol, the firm’s litigation support specialist.
