Bo Bobbitt Elected to the Wake County Bar Association Board of Directors

Smith Anderson partner Bo Bobbitt
was elected to serve on the Wake County Bar Association Board of Directors. Mr. Bobbitt will serve a 2 year term beginning immediately.

A Health Care lawyer, Mr. Bobbitt's practice focuses on providing business advice to physicians and health care organizations. He serves as the principal general, health, antitrust, and managed care counsel to many groups, including state and national health care associations, risk management consulting organizations, large and small medical practices, individual health care practitioners, hospital medical staffs, and physician-owned integrated delivery systems. Mr. Bobbitt speaks nationally before legal and medical audiences and has written in both legal and medical journals about numerous health law-related issues.

An active participant in the community, Mr. Bobbitt also serves on the Boards of Directors of the WakeMed Foundation and the Urban Ministries of Wake County, Inc.
