Merrill Mason Selected as Participating Executive for Recent Symposium Hosted by UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School

Smith Anderson partner, Merrill Mason, recently participated as an invited executive in the 23rd annual Undergraduate Business Symposium hosted by the University of North Carolina's Kenan-Flagler business school.

Each year, this symposium brings together over 400 undergraduates with executives from around the country. It serves to not only expose students to executives who can provide practical, real-world experience, but also reinforces skills learned through the Business Administration curriculum. The 2007 symposium theme, Leading the Future, emphasized the importance of how young leaders of today will shape tomorrow's business future.

A corporate lawyer, Mr. Mason has extensive experience partnering with technology and life sciences companies. He represents companies at all stages of development with particular emphasis on emerging and entrepreneurial enterprises.
