Smith Anderson Lawyer to Speak at Not-For-Profit Conference

Walter R. Rogers, Jr., will speak at the Not-For-Profit “One-Day MBA” conference on June 1, 2004. Rogers, a partner with Smith Anderson who advises tax-exempt organizations on formation and operational matters, will give a legal update of fiduciary responsibility. He will provide insights into the legal duties of not-for-profit organization’s officers and directors, and strategies for reducing liability exposure.
