The 18th Annual M&A Advisor Awards named Smith Anderson as a winner for its role representing client CiVentiChem in its acquisition by Sterling Pharma Solutions. This transaction won the Corporate/Strategic Deal of the Year ($10-$25 million) and was a finalist for the Healthcare and Life Sciences Deal of the Year ($10-$100 million) and M&A Deal of the Year ($10-$25 million) categories.
