AAA mediators must have a minimum of 10 years of senior-level experience in business, industry or a profession; be certified or have completed mediator training; and have an education degree and/or professional license(s) appropriate to the applicant’s field of expertise. The AAA is a not-for-profit corporation with offices throughout the United States and has a long history and experience in the field of alternative dispute resolution, providing services to individuals and organizations wishing to resolve conflicts out of court.
