Merrill Mason Offers Legal Guidance to Student Entrepreneurs at UNC Wilmington

Raleigh, N.C. – On February 20, 2014, Merrill Mason held open office hours and met with student entrepreneurs at the University of North Carolina – Wilmington (UNCW). Having spent more than 20 years guiding entrepreneurs in the Research Triangle Area through the stages of development, Merrill offered experienced guidance on corporate structuring, equity arrangements between business partners and how to attract investors. In addition, he gave a presentation on the role of a lawyer in the process of growing a start-up business.
