Merrill Mason Joins Mock Negotiation Exercise at Kenan Flagler’s Strategy and Entrepreneurship Class

Raleigh, N.C. – On March 5, 2014, Smith Anderson Partner Merrill Mason attended John Glushik’s Strategy and Entrepreneurship class at the University of North Carolina Kenan Flagler Business School. Merrill and Dave Neal, Managing Director of The Startup Factory, acted as company founders in a mock negotiation of a Series A term sheet. Following the role play, the students participated in a lively question and answer session.
