Gerald Roach Quoted in Triangle Business Journal on Volume of M&A Activity in 2012

RALEIGH, N.C. – In an article published by the Triangle Business Journal on March 15, 2013, entitled "In 2012, Deal Makers Returned to Table," Gerald Roach was quoted and used a reference on the volume of mergers and acquisitions activity that occurred in the Research Triangle area throughout 2012.

A partner at Smith Anderson and head of the Firm’s Corporate Law practice, Gerald regularly represents public and private growth companies and private equity firms with their general corporate needs and domestic and international transactions.
