As the Director of Knowledge Management at Smith Anderson, Kristin Taylor oversees the firm’s KM strategy with a focus on optimizing knowledge assets, improving workflows and leveraging technology to drive efficiency, innovation and client value. With experience in project management, business process improvement and program development, Kristin plays a key role in advancing the firm’s Knowledge Management capabilities.
Passionate about finding creative solutions to complex challenges, she focuses on creating meaningful value for both the firm and its clients through strategic knowledge initiatives and operational excellence. Outside of work, Kristin enjoys reading, baking, hiking, playing disc golf and spending time with her family.
