Overview
Sara Remington is a paralegal with Smith Anderson’s Trusts and Estates practice who has experience in estate planning, probate, trusts and closely held companies, while working closely with trustees, beneficiaries, CPAs, attorneys, courts and financial institutions. Sara received her North Carolina Certified Paralegal designation from the North Carolina State Bar in 2021.
Prior to joining Smith Anderson, Sara worked as a paralegal for a Raleigh law firm, where she assisted with estate and trust administration, tax preparation, estate planning document preparation and execution and closely held company representation.
Outside of the office, Sara enjoys traveling and has visited over 25 states and seven foreign countries. In her spare time, she can most likely be found reading, listening to music, playing board games with friends or at the art museum. She loves spending time with her husband Jason and their two rescue dogs, Clara and Lemon.
