Overview
Don Munford has over 40 years of experience advising companies and individuals on legal matters that arise from business operations. In addition, he regularly advises individuals on estate and asset protection planning matters, including implementing estate tax savings techniques and charitable planned giving opportunities. His recent work has also included assisting public charities with their compliance and reporting requirements.
Don is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant and worked with the tax department of KPMG Peat Marwick before practicing law. He is also recognized by the North Carolina State Bar as a Board Certified Specialist in Estate Planning and Probate Law.
