Cameron’s practice is focused in the areas of corporate, mergers and acquisitions and capital market transactions.
Prior to joining Smith Anderson, Cameron practiced corporate law in the New York offices of two large international law firms. Previously, he worked as an honors program extern in the Enforcement Division of the U.S Securities & Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C.
