Beth A. Kunkel, J.D.

Beth Kunkel is Smith Anderson’s Director of Innovation and she possesses more than a decade of experience in combining technical, legal and project management processes to promote efficiency in law firms. Under Beth’s skilled leadership, the Innovation team provides our firm’s lawyers and our clients with knowledge management services, strategic pricing initiatives, application development, project management, and business intelligence to promote efficiency and ensure an exceptional client experience.  

Prior to joining Smith Anderson, Beth co-founded a law practice in New York City. She has also worked for British Telecommunications Global Services in New York as part of the company’s rotational program for future business leaders, where she gained experience in contract management, financial analysis, commercial operations and customer relationship management.

Beth enjoys playing soccer and basketball, reading, and spending time with her family.
