Smith Anderson Lawyers Participate in a Legal Clinic for UNC Kenan-Flagler MBA Students

Chapel Hill, NC (September 19, 2011) - On Saturday, August 13, 2011, Smith Anderson lawyers Mike Saber and David Sartorio participated in a legal clinic for the Launching the Venture MBA class sponsored by the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. The clinic gave UNC Kenan-Flagler MBA students an opportunity to receive coaching and mentoring by experienced Smith Anderson lawyers with regards to launching a new company. The mentoring provided students with practical “real world” information on the legal issues facing start-up organizations.
