Kim Korando Presents Employment Litigation in the Fourth Circuit: Current Issues and Trends

Raleigh, NC (February 19, 2010) – Kim Korando, a Smith Anderson partner in the Employment, Labor and Human Resources practice group, addressed the most significant labor and employment decisions of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit during the past year in a presentation which was part of the UNC School of Law Festival of Legal Learning. Her focus was teaching points and lessons learned for practitioners when litigating their next case. The event, held on February 5, was a CLE conference that attracts more than 700 North Carolina attorneys.
