Francisco Benzoni Publishes Article in “The Litigator”

RALEIGH, N.C. – Smith Anderson attorney Francisco Benzoni published an article in the latest issue of The Litigator, the North Carolina Bar Association’s quarterly newsletter. The article entitled “Ethics, Privilege and eDiscovery” addresses recent changes at the national and state level to both the Rules of Professional Conduct and the Rules of Civil Procedure, and the increasing role of technology in litigation.
