David Hayden Presents at the 18th Annual Government Contracting Update

Raleigh, N.C. – On November 19, 2013, David Hayden, a lawyer in Smith Anderson’s Government Contracts practice, spoke at the 18th Annual Government Contracting Update to provide businesses in the Research Triangle Region with an assessment of the effects of sequestration and government shutdowns, as well as strategies for complying with several government contracting issues that include Ethics and Self Reporting, False Claims Act, Teaming Agreements, Bid Protests and VA Procurement. Smith Anderson presented the event in partnership with the North Carolina Defense Business Association, Dixon Hughes Goodman and Wells Fargo.

David has extensive experience in government contracting, general corporate and employment law.
