Caryn McNeill Quoted in ‘SHRM Online’ Article on ESOPs

Raleigh, N.C. – On October 25, 2013, Smith Anderson Partner Caryn McNeill was quoted on the Society for Human Resource Management’s website, SHRM Online, in an article on Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs). In the article, “Revival in ESOPs Due to Tax Advantages, Engagement,” McNeill offers her thoughts on the popularity of ESOPs, explains the types of companies that most commonly use ESOPs to their advantage, and outlines the steps involved in establishing an ESOP.
